Holliday Brewing is a full-service restaurant and taproom that seats 300 people inside with more seating (seasonally available) outside. We brew our own craft beer and hard seltzers onsite; also available at Holliday are various wines, mixed drinks, ciders, and non-alcoholic beverages – in addition to tasty food!   The downstairs taproom has multiple TVs for people to watch their favorite sports while enjoying their drinks.  Our beautiful upstairs mezzanine (Hannah Room) is a dedicated taproom for people 21 and up.  It has a great view into the brewery, comfy couches, TVs, pub seating and a secondary bar that will be staffed every Friday and Saturday evening.  There are board games, chess, cards, Uno and other games for our adult guests to play while enjoying their drinks and food. This room is a favorite to rent out for private events but is open to the public when not reserved.  We also have a semi-private area (Mosaic Room) that can also be rented out for larger events.
