Holliday Brewing has grown up! We started with a nano brewery at Drayton Mills and have grown into our new 9000 sq ft brewery, with a taproom and full restaurant in Inman. From our wide variety of exceptionally balanced craft beers and hard seltzers to our guest ciders and wines, there is something for everyone at Holliday! We will even be adding a cocktail menu to our lineup in the coming months. Our restaurant serves delicious craft burgers, brats, wings, salads, and a variety of apps that pair well with our beers. In addition, we have sodas, teas, and non-alcoholic beer for our non-drinkers.

TAPROOM
Holliday Brewing seats 300 people inside with more seating outside. Inside downstairs tables have full service; outside tables and the upstairs mezzanine are walk-up for food. The beautiful upstairs mezzanine is a dedicated taproom for 21 and up with comfy couches, TVs, and a secondary bar. This room can also be rented out for private events.

The Restaurant at Holliday Brewing Inman serves mouthwatering entrees and apps that pair well with our craft beer. From the pretzel bites with Holliday beer cheese to the dirty brat, Phillies, and smash burgers… you won’t be disappointed! We also offer tasty salads and wraps for those looking for lighter options. Check out our Sunday Brunch from 11-2 for hot honey chicken-n-waffles, breakfast burritos, burgers, a Monte Cristo sandwich, and of course, Mimosas in various flavors. There is something for everyone at Holliday!
