Holliday Brewing began as a dream between two brothers from San Diego with a passion for great craft beer. That dream became a reality six years ago with their first nano brewery and taproom at Drayton Mills. They quickly outgrew that space and decided to move their operations to downtown Inman, which opened Oct 2023. This location is situated on nearly 4 acres with a 9000 sq ft brewery, taproom and a full restaurant. From our wide variety of exceptionally balanced craft beers and hard seltzers to our guest ciders, wines and mixed drinks, there is something for everyone at Holliday! Our restaurant serves delicious craft burgers, wraps, fish tacos, wings, salads, and a variety of apps that pair well with our beers. In addition, we have sodas, teas, and non-alcoholic beer for our non-drinkers.

ABOUT US
TAPROOM
Holliday Brewing is a full-service restaurant and taproom with seating for 300 guests indoors, along with additional outdoor seating available seasonally. We brew our own craft beer and hard seltzers onsite. We also offer a variety of wines, mixed drinks, ciders, and non-alcoholic beverages, along with delicious food!
The downstairs taproom features multiple TVs, making it a great place to catch your favorite sports while enjoying a drink. Our beautiful Overlook Lounge is a dedicated upstairs taproom for adults 21 and up. It features a great view of the brewery, comfortable couches, TVs, pub-style seating, and a second bar. Guests can also enjoy board games, chess, cards, Uno, and other games while enjoying food and drinks. You are also welcome to bring your own games!
The Overlook Lounge is open every Wednesday for Game Night and is a favorite venue for private events. We also offer a semi-private event space, the Mosaic Room, which is available to rent for larger gatherings and groups that include children.

The Restaurant at Holliday Brewing Inman serves mouthwatering entrees and apps that pair well with our craft beer. From the pretzel bites with Holliday beer cheese to wraps, Phillies, and craft burgers… you won’t be disappointed! For those looking for lighter options, we also offer tasty salads and soups.
